The Yardie Fitness outdoor boot camp program consists of a 6 week regimen, run by highly motivated, certified personal trainers. Each program meets for 4 one hour sessions each week. Pre- and post- camp fitness evaluations and measurements will be conducted. All sessions are held outdoors rain or shine. Workouts include cardio, toning, shaping and abdominal work to achieve weight loss and lean muscle development. All levels of fitness, from the beginner to the finely tuned athlete, can benefit from this program. Nutrition tips and guidelines will be provided throughout the program to complement the physical workouts. Programs are available in several metro Atlanta locations.
The daily drop drop in rate for repeat clients is for those individuals who have successfully completed at least one Yardie Fitness boot camp program and do not wish to enroll in the full 6-week outdoor boot camp program.
