If I join your boot camp program, how long will it take me to reach my fitness and weight loss goals?
Each individual will achieve results at a different rate. Our goal with our intense outdoor boot camp program is for clients to lose 2 pounds per week. We help clients achieve this by incorporating a rigorous physical routine with disciplined nutritional habits. Your body composition, fitness level and eating habits when you start and as you progress through the program, will impact whether you lose weight at this rate or at a slower or faster rate.
I’ve never worked out before. Is your boot camp program right for me?
Our outdoor boot camp program is very rigorous but can accommodate all fitness levels and sizes. If you are not physically fit or have a significant amount of weight to lose, please check with your physician to get clearance to begin a high intensity workout program before committing to start. We offer a complimentary session so that you can review and experience the program before making a final decision. Discipline, commitment, dedication and work ethic are key factors for successful participation in our programs.
Do you have a program in my area?
We currently have three program locations: Piedmont Park in Atlanta, GA, Stone Mountain Middle School in Stone Mountain, GA and Welcome All Park in College Park, GA. We are planning future expansion in the metro Atlanta area and with our online services. Please check back or join our mailing list for updates.
Where is your facility?
We currently do not have a physical gym, but a training facility is in our expansion plan. Please check back or join our mailing list for updates.
I work out all the time. Why can’t I lose any weight?
For the average person, working out alone is not enough to achieve physical fitness and to lose weight. You must optimize your diet in conjunction with your exercise regimen. Be honest with yourself about your diet by recording what you eat and drink. To do this accurately, it requires you to thoroughly read food labels and measure your portions. When you write this down and look at it on paper, you may be surprised at the amount of hidden calories, fats, sugar, sodium, and other nutritionally void ingredients you are consuming!
